In gratitude to the trust and cooperation of our customers during the past time, Baconco Co., Ltd. offers special promotions as follows:

PROMOTION DETAIL:

4. Promotion period: From April 1st, 2022 to May 31st, 2022.
5. Promotion Area: Nationwide
6. Promotion Form: Scratch winning
7. Beneficiaries of promotion: All customers buy promotional products during the promotion period.  

All employees of Baconco Co., Ltd., branches, agents, distributors, scratch card printing units serving the program, partners participating in the service of the promotion program are Not participating in the program.

9.1. Specific conditions, ways and procedures that customers must perform in order to participate in the promotion:

• During the promotional period, customers who purchase any 01 promotional product will receive 01 scratch identification card inside the promotional product packaging.
• The more customers buying promotional products, the more scratch cards they will receive to determine prizes.

9.2. Time and method of issuing evidence to determine a prize

• Time: During product packaging the winning evidence will be included inside the product.
• How to issue proof of winning: Scratch cards will be printed by the company signing a contract with a partner who is eligible for printing.

9.3. Provisions on evidence determining prizes:

• Specific description of the evidence to determine a prize and the validity of the evidence to determine a prize:

+Proof of winning: After receiving a winning scratch card in the product, customers will scratch the "Please scratch here" section to determine the specific proof of winning:

+ The validity of proof of winning determination: Valid winning card is a card issued by Baconco Co., Ltd., intact, without tearing, erasing or deforming, puncturing, scraping, correcting or repainting. or blur text or add any traces

9.4 Time, location and method of winning determination:

After receiving the winning scratch identification card, the customer scratched the "Please scratch here" to determine the winning.

Each customer has won many prizes corresponding to many different scratch cards.

9.5. Winning notice: Time limit, method of receiving the notice of winning from customers:

• The deadline for Baconco Co., Ltd. to receive the notice of winning from customers is 15 days from the end of the promotion program (including Saturday, Sunday and holidays), the time is based on the date of postmarking. Electricity at the post office customers send mail.
• How the content receives the notice of winning from customers:

+ For cumulative prizes, consolation prizes, third prizes (three) and second prizes (second prizes), customers come directly at the agents selling promotional products of Baconco Co., Ltd. to receive prizes. Receiving documents at the agency includes 01 original of a scratched card identifying the winner and 01 original of identity card of the winner.

+ For Prize I (first), customers send a copy of the winning evidence to the company's office or send it to the following address: Phu My 1 Industrial Park, Phu My Ward, Phu My Town, Ba Ria Vung Province Ship, Vietnam. Attached documents include:

• 01 authenticated copy of people's identity card.
• 01 customer declaration includes the following information: Full name, contact address, phone number.
• 01 copy of the winning scratch identification card (Note: customers keep the original scratched identification card for comparison when they come to the winning company).

A valid dossier to receive reward includes:

- 01 copy of scratched card to determine winning.

- 01 authenticated copy of people's identity card / citizen identity card.

- 01 customer self-declaration includes the following information: Full name, contact address, phone number, email.

9.6 Time, location, method and procedure of awarding:

• Time of awarding: Within 30 days from the end of the promotion period.
• Location of the award:

+ For customers who win Prize I (First): Awarded at the office of Baconco Co., Ltd., address: Phu My 1 Industrial Park, Phu My Ward, Phu My Town, Ba Ria Vung Tau Province, Vietnam.

+ For customers winning prizes II (Second), Prize III (Third), Encouragement and Accumulated prizes: Awarded at the agents selling promotional products of Baconco Co., Ltd.

    Method of awarding:

• After scratching and determining the winning, customers who win Tich Luy, consolation prizes and prizes III (three) and prizes II (second) will receive prizes directly at the agents selling promotional products of Co., Ltd. Baconco and signed the "List of customers receiving Accumulated Prize / Consolation Prize / Prize III (three) / Prize II (second)”.
• The winner of the first prize (First Prize) will be awarded directly by the company at the company's headquarters in Phu My 1 Industrial Park, Phu My Ward, Phu My Town, Ba Ria Vung Tau Province, Vietnam on the award day..
• Procedures for awarding prize:

+ Customers must present the following when presenting the prize:

• The original scratch card to determine the winner
• The original identity card of the winning customer.

+ For accumulated prizes, consolation prizes, third prizes (third prizes) and second prizes (second prizes), customers will receive awards right at the sale agents of Baconco Co., Ltd. The owner of the agency will directly award the prize to the customer. After receiving the prize, the customer will sign in "List of customers receiving cumulative prizes, consolation prizes / third prize (third) and II prize (second)".

+ For Prize I (first) Deputy General Director of Baconco Co., Ltd will directly reward customers. After receiving the reward, the customer signs the "Receiving Minutes of the first prize (best) program".

- Deadline for awarding ends: June 30th, 2022.

- Responsibility of winners for expenses incurred when receiving prizes:

+ The costs incurred during the award process will be borne by the winner.

+ Customers pay personal income tax (if any).
